Pray for Today’s MRI

Dear Friends and Family,

2018-07-23 11.31.38

It has been quite a while since we posted an update. Some of you will know already – or remember from the last post – that Amos is currently in California for his routine MRI check-up. For a number of reasons I won’t go into here, I (Will) am not there, but Kelli went this time, along with Luke and Sam. They’re staying for a little over two weeks, and I will eventually join them for a few nights before returning here to Cambridge all together.

The main point of writing now is because Amos is currently heading into his MRI – like precisely now as I’m writing. So please pray when you read this for a excellent scan with clear and stable results!

As we also mentioned in the last post, Amos needed another eye surgery for various reasons. He had that done yesterday and it turned out to be slightly more complicated than anticipated. We can provide more information later when we know more, but Amos is coping well so far (see picture from after surgery). But please also pray for minimal scar tissue build-up following the surgery, as this has been a complicating factor.

To you I lift up my eyes, O you who are enthroned in the heavens! (Ps. 123:1 ESV)

Love in Christ,

Will
