CA Trip

Dear Friends,

Thank you so much for all the love and encouragement from our last post. We are so incredibly grateful to have you following and praying along as we walk this road together. Our hearts are always SO blessed by your support!

We’re a little late in letting you know that Will and Amos are in California for another MRI. Can you believe it’s already been 9 weeks since the last one? Time is flying! And speaking of flying, Amos and Will had a great trip yesterday and are in CA ready for things to get going on Monday. Please pray for …

  • Amos’ MRI (Monday at 1:30pm) to go well and to show no signs of any recurrence of cancer.
  • Please also pray for Amos’ sleep study on Monday night. We are hoping that this sleep study will show that Amos no longer needs supplemental oxygen at night during sleep.
  • On Tuesday Amos has an oncology appointment that we would appreciate prayer for. Amos has a new oncologist as his old one is retiring. We are excited to work with his new doctor and we ask that you would pray for a good relationship to unfold with Dr. Plant. Similarly, Amos also has a new oncology case manager, Veronica. Our last case manager was amazing and she did so much to advocate for what Amos needed. Will and Amos will be meeting Veronica for the first time at clinic so please pray for God’s blessing on this new relationship as well. We value Amos’ team so much and are so thankful for the amazing people the Lord has given us to work with.
  • Please also pray for myself and the two little boys as we are home in Cambridge. The distance feels really far this time and even though I’m not eager to repeat an 8 hour time change with two little ones, it’s hard to be apart for these trips.

Many thanks to all of you for reading, following, praying, and caring.

In Christ,

Kelli, Will, Amos, Lukey, and Sam

And now for some pictures- we were so happy to celebrate Luke’s 3rd birthday on the 4th of July. He is so full of energy, enthusiasm, conversation, and questions. We are so thankful for Luke!

Our prayers will continue for good reports and the new relationships that will be coming together during this trip. We will be anxious to read results and hear about a good trip home. In Gods care

  2. Thank you Father for your healing, protection, and provision for Amos and family. Give Kelli and Will strength and wisdom daily. May your hand anoint the new doctor and manager going forward. May your power be with Amos as he recovers and regains his skills. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
