MRI Day

Dear Friends and Family,

Well, here we are 6 months past our last entry and we’re back at Duke for another scan (MRI). We have been absent from this space simply because there’s not much new to report. Praise the Lord for such a great kindness. Will you join us in praying today for a clear and perfect scan? We know the Lord goes before Amos and us especially on days like today. We will update with results when we have them, hopefully today! We’ll also add some updates on what the last 6months have held for Amos.

Thank you for your faithful prayers for Amos and our family. We know these days hold more and more significance for him as he grows in his own awareness and understanding of his story. Pray that we would all look to the Lord as our sure and steadfast hope in all things.

“Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
    for his steadfast love endures forever!

 Let Israel say,
    “His steadfast love endures forever.”
 Let the house of Aaron say,
    “His steadfast love endures forever.”
Let those who fear the Lord say,
    “His steadfast love endures forever.Out of my distress I called on the Lord;
    the Lord answered me and set me free.
 The Lord is on my side; I will not fear.
    What can man do to me?”

-Psalm 118:1-6

In Christ,

Kelli, Will, and Amos.
