Dear Friends, Thank you all for praying! Today has been a long day of travel and doctors appointments paired with the usual (albeit fairly brief) wait for results.
We are so grateful to report that today’s scan showed stable images with no concerning changes. Many of you may remember that Amos’s last scan showed a small area of “enhancement” that they noted as something to watch. Well, that same area showed up again and led to Amos’s case being presented to the tumor board this afternoon. Thankfully, there was consensus that this is an area to watch but probably not one of significant concern. Please pray for that to continue to be the case!
Amos also was able to squeeze in an ultrasound to look at his chest (thank you, Duke!). We were so happy to have this looked at immediately rather than needing another appointment, having to wait, etc. The ultrasound showed what seems to be a fairly insignificant endocrine/hormone related issue rather than anything connected to his brain cancer or treatment. We are relieved and again so very thankful for quick and clear results. We will follow-up with Endo soon.
Thank you for all your prayers and care today. We received so many texts, messages, and calls letting us know that you were praying and we appreciate it so much. I wish I had more to say by way of general life updates but that will have to wait for another time…it has been an exhausting day!
With much gratitude.

Numbers 6:24-26
24 “The Lord bless you
and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord turn his face toward you
and give you peace.”

Praise the God who is the only wise God and who gave his only Son for those who are called according to His purpose.
